The World Is Wired

Modern life does not function without wire and cable. Electricity does not come from the socket: it is generated somewhere distant and needs to be transported over short or long distances to where it is needed. All telecommunication devices including wireless devices generate signals but again: these signals need to be transported via wire and cable. Economies and by that the welfare of people depend on secure, reliable and up-to-date energy and communication networks. Our industry is largely invisible but indispensable: imagine life without our products.
